Institutional standards,
applied at scale
Sylvan is designed to produce institution-grade sponsor operating records. Participation is limited to sponsors that meet clear admission standards and commit to ongoing transparency.
Published Admission Criteria
Sponsors are evaluated for participation based on minimum requirements, including:
- ↳Demonstrated operating history in relevant asset types
- ↳Established financial controls and accounting practices
- ↳Sufficient liquidity and balance-sheet capacity to support their obligations
- ↳Ability to operate within standardized entity structures, covenants, and reserve requirements
- ↳Commitment to mandatory, standardized reporting and disclosure on Sylvan's schedule
Admission reflects readiness to operate at an institutional standard, not marketing strength or deal volume.
